As we continue on this magnificent journey I stated in blog one which can be found here that the struggle to lose weight is real. In blog two that can be found here we talk about my desire to have a much deeper sleep as sleep helps with weight lost. So how has it been going? Well if I may say so myself.

I’ve been able to sleep and finally not wake up every hour on the hour. Does anyone know what I’m talking about? That wake up where every sound startles you? You don’t have to have the same goal of deep sleep, you could want to lose weight, boost metabolism the list is really endless. However the lessons learned will jump-start your goals and you will learn how to keep off the weight!

So now when I say pass me them carbs I don’t feel bad. I can enjoy them and feel full and get my rest while I lose weight!!
