Friday vibes

Happy Friday. So I hope your week is great. This week has been interesting. I got sick again. This time a sinus infection that has had me off my game for the last few days. However as we start the weekend and go into my birthday weekend, I am trying to keep a positive mindset.

Philadelphia School of Circus Arts

If you missed the blog on my flying trapeze class you need to go and read it. It was a lot of fun. The bar that you hold was super heavy. I admit I fell the first 2 times. Soon as I got the courage to hold onto the bar, I went right down. It wasn’t even intentional. It was more or less just about my lack of being mentally prepared for how heavy it was. Meanwhile my 10 year old son did just fine. So that’s that. They are having classes for anyone interested. They are $65 per person and provides a different way to have a little fun outside.

Trove Collective

As a content creator I have found that making content isn’t an issue. Often times it’s the uploading it to a platform and waiting for it to take off. I know that numbers associated with your content isn’t a science. It could be the time of day you post that affects, lack of luster with viewers or more. As a Content Creator it’s important to continue the process. Keep putting your content out. For instance I have been on Pinterest for awhile but finally I am not monetizing from that.

Trove Collective

Trove Collective is a new platform that takes things like ads out, likes, and more so you focus on the content alone. It’s a great way to discover others and organize your thought. From creating book suggestions, recipes and more Trove is paving the way to being the first truly Content Friendly app that we haven’t seen in a long time. If you are an Iphone user you can download the app. They haven’t rolled out for Androids just yet. However you can create and start online without an Iphone too. Try Trove now and use my code TRVE19 as it’s invite only for now. You can a preview on my Instagram. I will be showing more on how to use it every week. Also we need Ambassadors. This is for those who want to create and get paid doing so. Send me an email at toitimeblog@gmail.com for more information. Serious inquiries only.

Friday Podcast

On today’s episode we talked about the hustle culture. In addition to encouraging everyone to find the wellness practice (s) that works for you. For instance for your morning routine, you may not have a huge amount of time. So if someone you know is doing 6 things in the morning and you only have space for 2-do that. Listen, share and review. Also keep in mind that you can join our text group so you can get the podcast before they come out. Also you can text me messages in that text and I will respond.

Birthday Weekend

My birthday is on Tuesday, May 10th. However I have a few things planned for the weekend that will include good food and wine. I am finally no longer in need to take my sinus medication and I will be back to my regular wine ways. For my birthday I didn’t do any of the things I normally would. No Toibration or any thing else for that matter.  I have no anticipation. However if you would like to buy me a coffee for my birthday you can do so securely.

Mother’s Day Weekend

I have been saying this for days. This is the hardest weekend of all. Above Christmas many will be in deep grief. From those who have loss their mothers, don’t have children, grieving a death of a child, or aren’t connected to their Mother for whatever reason. Be kind to others this weekend. Do not ask a woman about when she is or will have a child. Let me add even those who have had a child (children) you don’t know the struggle women have had to have said child (children).

If you have an amazing Mom and you are able to celebrate her, do so with good intentions. Here are some suggestions on gifts to get. Also last Friday the podcast is to help with Mother’s Day highs and lows.

Happy Friday.  I hope above all you have an amazing weekend. Do something for yourself. Get into more self care this weekend. If you need to withdraw a little due to grief-check in with at least one person. Sending you love and understanding.
