Mental Wellness and Self Care Queen

Good morning! I hope you are starting your Monday off right! I know Mondays have a stigma that they are to be filled with stress, and nuisance. Mondays are the time where we shift our gears!

Crown Shift

Now with everything that is going on around us more now than ever we need to shift our crown. We do so much from taking care of ourselves, checking in on family and friends, working, and maintaining life can be hard! We shift our crown every single time we have to contend with someone in why we even have a crown. It’s draining to have to tell someone how dope you are. I’ve gotten to the point where I’m not arguing with someone on my own personal worth. You either see it or you don’t. My shine doesn’t need another individual to make it bright. However it’s not as always as easy as it seems. It takes a lot of self care and confidence to not let someone get under your skin.

What about a Hater?

I’m personally not a fan of the term hater because in my opinion it’s used so wrongly. People will say someone is hating on them when 9 times out of 10 the person of whom they define as a hater aren’t even thinking of them. A hater is someone who knows of your existence, and does all that they can to throw salt on your name. Now let me be clear some of the salt we feel is being thrown sometimes is a direct correlation of what we actually create. If your lying and got called out for it that’s not someone hating on you that’s identifying one of your traits. I know that it’s way to get mad at someone whom we don’t like because they called it out but the reality is the work has to be done on the inside.

This is why I don’t like the conversation about haters because there are a few but we like to loop everyone as a hater. I think we have complexes that need to be filled to think that the world is all about us. It’s not. Let’s take this day and resift our minds to stop worrying so much about having validity from outside sources. If you cut off the desire for validly from the outside world it only makes you stronger and more focused.

Human Reaction

Yes it’s normal to feel some sort of way when you feel as if someone doesn’t like you and they are going out of their way to cause issues. After you take a self check of yourself and deal with your own personal issues, it’s time to block out a few people to make sure that you can do whatever you can to make life happen for you in the way you have envisioned it. We spend so much time on attempting to get others to like us that you can lose the sparkle for your own life. Shine and re-shine your crown. Shine some light on the goodness about you. Shine some light on the parts of your life that you want the world to see. When you don’t get the shine you feel that you deserve, don’t crumble. Keep working and making it happen!

Work harder and not Smarter

So while we tune out others we have to find a way to work smarter. I used to be an overachiever and I don’t think that mindset stops outside of an academic lifestyle. An overachiever will don’t other areas of their lives to over work. It also turns into worry. Take the time to shift worry into what do I need now to make this line time work. Instead of what do I need way down the road. Your mind doesn’t always have to be on go. Resting your mind is just as important as always overthinking.

So as you tune out the world, adjust your thoughts, fix your crown and start your day, work smarter. Find ways to eliminate burn out. If you don’t get done in day one, it’s okay to leave it for day 2. I do have long nights and early mornings but if doesn’t have to be every single day. Rest! It’s okay to have to compartmentalize things. Flow as the person you are and watch things align. Make today flow in the great energy that you put out into the world!
