Mental Wellness and Self Care Queen

The word selfish has such a negative connotation. It means that you put yourself above others with no regards to others. However selfish when it comes to self care has to be everything selfish and yelling yourself yes. So with that being said are you ready for 2023 Selfish Philly conference?

What is Selfish Philly

It’s a way to renew, recharge and center your needs with activations and speakers. In addition to swag bags and more. This year it will be on September 17, 2023 at the W Hotel. I was just there a few weeks ago and the hotel is absolutely stunning. I highly recommended booking a room and making it a weekend fun. You know how I feel about a staycation. This would be a great excuse.

What if you don’t know anyone at Selfish Philly?

I understand all to well how anxiety creeps when in new spaces. It can feel overwhelming at times. Walking into a space that is unknown can be daunting. Take a deep breath and remember that this conference was to help you center and say yes to opportunities. I got all kinds of anxiety and I always in social spaces. I would remember that you aren’t going to be the only one. In addition to getting vital information the women are very welcoming. They come from all walks of life. Be open to stepping out and taking home an explosive experience.

If you know you have struggled this year or before saying yes to yourself than yes it’s for you. The struggle to say yes or remember how worthy you are to occupy space is real. Why I attend Selfish Philly

Initially I was asked to attend as I am an Ambassador and attendee however I would attend even with being connected. I’ve gone home from the Selfish Philly being more aware, alert, conscious, and determined to set up time for myself. Even as a businesswoman I’ve learned to set no media days on my calendar every month. I’ve also added me time that isn’t connected to the blog. In addition the speakers are absolutely amazing. I gather new skills, ways of hearing and living.

Savings for Selfish Philly

In life everything that we do is an investment. Attending this could be a labor of love for you. I understand that. For my amazing community, I am able to offer a code of TOITIME to save money on your VIP ticket. I highly suggest you get the VIP ticket. This year new mom and news host Aunyea Lachelle will host this year. She knows like many who take on caregiver roles how much setting this time aside for yourself is. So are you going to be selfish too?! I hope so!
