Wellness in a Restaurant

One of the biggest issues when you start a wellness journey where you are focusing on your weight it can be hard to lose it. One of the best long standing ways to do so is to learn how to live a good life and not take out things like socializing. Socializing usually includes food and drinks. Ancient Spirits and Grille has a way to determine your body type and social and emotional wellness needs to craft a meal that is not only legendary, it’s like no other dining experience you have ever had. It’s a personal experience that we all need.

Media Experience

Various media outlets were invited to experience the love that is at Ancient Spirits and Grille. I am talking about private seating for the various media outlets. All staff at Ancient Spirits and Grille pulled out every stop. From making sure we were accommodated to the private tour on this larger than life architecture. Every inch of the restaurant is visually stunning and inviting.

Golden Health

This cocktail that looks like an orange delight is made with turmeric infused rum, Aperol, house made nutmeg syrup, strawberry jam, and bitters. It’s delicious, airy, and light with the right enough hint of sweet.

Panchakarma

This cocktail is made with Vodka, elderflower, house made ginger syrup, and lemon juice. This is very good cocktail. Its light (which is a theme with most of their cocktails) smooth, and definitely has a slightly tart but welcoming taste.

Time to Eat

Frisee Salad

This salad was absolutely amazing. When I was finished I wanted more to take it with me. It was fresh. The ingredients were high quality. All of the ingredients were perfect together. chevre, pineapple, almonds citrus vinaigrette is nothing but pure delight.

Falafel

The yogurt sauce on my own, I wouldn’t have eaten. However when combined with mung bean, ayurvedic spice caramelized onion, and the cilantro yogurt sauce the combination is undeniable. I would have taken it home to eat all over again.

Eggplant Strati

This delight was so much food that I ended up eating half of it and taking the other half home. It’s made with English peas, ginger, chilies potatoes, coriander, and cashew cream. Its very filing and full of flavor.

Attentive Staff

My favorites parts of this experience was watching the way everyone of the staff worked together. I didn’t see anyone have an issue helping when needed. From carrying more tables around to create more space, to serving patrons from the owners to the wait staff everyone had making the patrons happy, well fed, and taken care of was the goal.

Dessert of Course

We couldn’t leave without having dessert. This was a sampler, white chocolate, cranberry, pistachio bar, spiced pumpkin cheesecake, candied ginger, and dark chocolate tartlet, sea salt, and caramel sauce. Absolutely all you needed in those bites of greatness. I could have eaten more and more.

There is so much goodness in every bite. Just stepping into the restaurant is a vibe. I want you to get out and enjoy all that they have to bring. Make sure to make a reservation or order through GrubHub.

Thanks to Ancient Spirits and Grille and Aversa PR for the invite. Also to see the Reel I created to highlight the entire experience click and enjoy.  So last week was heavily filled with events, tomorrow is a little date night with my girl, Elle of Siponwhat at Tinto. Look for that blog to happen Thursday. Tomorrow’s blog is my biggest Fall blog to date.
