A Warm Welcome & Stunning Ambiance

Located at 800 Spring Mill Ave, Coyote Crossing immediately sets the tone with its charming mix of vibrant colors, rustic wood accents, and lively energy. We opted for outdoor seating on the patio, where twinkling lights, lush greenery, and a cozy atmosphere made the evening feel even more special. The kids loved the open-air vibe, while we appreciated the comfortable seating and relaxed setting, ideal for unwinding and enjoying good food.

Pro Tips for the Best Experience

A few things to know before heading to Coyote Crossing:

  • Parking can be tricky – Arrive 15-20 minutes before your reservation to allow time. There is a small parking lot, but street parking is available too.
  • Make a reservation – This spot is popular, so booking ahead saves you the hassle of waiting.
  • Expect upscale pricing – While worth every penny, this is more of a date night or girls’ night destination, ideal for an elevated dining experience.
  • Gratuity for larger groups – If you’re dining with five or more, note that a 20% gratuity is automatically added to the bill.

Coyote Crossing Final Thoughts

Seating and Policy Questions

If there was one thing I could change is them asking if we wanted to dine in or out. They automatically took us outside and although I enjoy eating outside some in my family didn’t. I found that to be off-putting. It’s always customary to ask guests their preference. Also the lower number of people in a party for automatic gratuity.

I plan to call back to verify this policy. I honestly felt as if they had added it just because. As a family of 5 I’ve never had it added. When they did it I simply paid it but I felt they capped themselves out off of a larger gratuity. My normal tipping is always 25%. I’m a principle person so when you ask me to do something that i see no policy for that’s all I’m doing. The standard in the restaurant industry is usually parties of 6 or more. As often as I dine out this has NEVER happened. So be aware!

Have you ever been to Coyote Crossing? If so, what’s your favorite dish? If not, I highly recommend stopping by—you’ll leave with a full belly, a happy heart, and (hopefully) a large prickly pear margarita in hand!
