So now that I had my reasons to start losing weight and getting my life together let’s fast forward to my reason issues that I wanted to dive into.

The biggest reason for me is induce myself into deeper sleep. One of the things that I learned in my journey is that sleep and eating well goes hand in hand. With the way life is set up now it’s more important for me to work on sleeping well. Sleep helps to boost weight loss and creates balance. Lately my sleep has been up and down and making me feel like I am not able to sleep also causes me to eat wrong as well. I found myself eating higher in the day but still being hungry and unable to find that I am eating to be full. I was able to ask Joel some questions about his own reasons and push to get this book out.

How long did it take for you to develop the diet?

It actually took several years of researching for me to discover the real science of eating late night. After a few years of tweaking and refining, I finally came up with a rapid fat loss solution that overcomes all the pitfalls of traditional diets.

We are glad that you did the research as we need to know that it’s okay to think outside the box to find ways to make our bodies work smarter! I’m more of a rebel when it comes to diets and this book is my book of choice that will help challenge what I was taught!

What was the most surprising discovery when you were researching scientific data for the diet?

That almost everything my college education and certifications taught me was NOT grounded in published scientific research

How difficult is the Always Eat After 7 PM plan to follow?

It’s not. And that’s exactly why I wrote the book. While any diet is never truly easy, it can be more enjoyable and much easier to adhere to when you understand how Always Eat After 7pm works because it caters to our bodies natural instincts.

That’s what I needed to hear! Being responsible in what I do with my body and learned tricks to help me lose weight but get that sleep I need to be better is important. I know we will still find it hard to regulate our mindset around this!
