Brunch with Santa at The Olde Bar

Happy Friday and cheers to the weekend. I hope your week was magical as mine. Today’s recap include media events and home life. It’s been a busy week also a short one as my children had a day off from school. So how did I do in the management of life this week?

Renault Winery Last Friday Adventures

If you missed the blog, go back and read it. It was an amazing time. As much wine as I drink I loved visiting this stellar winery. If you love wine you will love it too. It’s located about an hour and 10 minutes from Philadelphia. It’s also family friendly although I would prefer to go next time with my husband as a date without the kids. There’s plenty to do from eating, drinking, ice-skating, and events.

Contour Body Studio

I attended the Grand Opening of Contour Body Studio in the Mainline. What a welcome and reception. I loved the staff who was warm and inviting. I had two services done to preview the location. The first was Cryo Mist. It was like  blast of artic cold on my face. It’s only on the face for 2 minutes on both sides. I enjoyed it. I didn’t experience any pain or uncomfortableness.

Onto my massage that was Heaven. I was expecting it to be really short. However I had a full body massage and it was everything and more. So if you are in or near the Mainline, make sure to check them out. You can check out my Reel recap too. Also check out their services and consider gifting the gift of self care to someone in your life that needs it. Contour Body Studio is Woman and Black owned. They are professional, courteous, and helpful.

Brunch with Santa

We enjoyed some amazing food at The Olde Bar. It’s located in Philadelphia and its a must visit. The kids loved seeing Santa. If you remember we did the online version with The Olde Bar during the height of the Pandemic. Seeing the big man himself was everything. The Real Santa Philly is a treasure. He loves what he does and it shows. He was one of the most down to Earth Santa I had experienced. So what can you expect at the Brunch with Santa? Its buffet style with everyone wearing their mask when they visit and get their food. There are a lot of amazing options for children and adults. There are 3 items such as their Shrimp and Grits or Crab Omelette that can be ordered and brought to your table. Take pictures and video with Santa and make memories. In order to make your reservation for this Sunday, call the restaurant at 215-253-3777. Also you can see my recap Reel.

No School Day

My kids enjoyed their day off. They stayed in their pajamas for the most part. I took the oldest to the hair salon to get her hair done for the holidays. I enjoyed seeing how excited they were about having time off. We watched Diary of a Wimpy Kid together. My son loves that series. Although I didn’t have a full day off I still enjoyed how flexible my schedule is to be able to share moments with them.  Also is my cat the only one who loves to be swaddled?
