Mental Wellness and Self Care Queen

This year we have some amazing women from all walks of life. It’s always my desire to showcase women who have something of value to tell. FYI we ALL have value. It’s the stories that we share that reminds us just how connected we are!

Different?

It’s all of the outside influences that only want to showcase the differences we all bring to the table. We tend to look to race, sexual orientation, etc. as a divide. The biggest thing is once you strip us of our titles we are simply the same. We are women who want a lot of the same things. So here at Toitime, I always strive to find the common ground. When I was going through my toughest time, I felt alone. As long as I felt alone I secluded myself and didn’t see the countless other women going through the same things.

Dope Women

Every woman is dope this year. We have about 11-15 women that we will be showcasing. Some are single, and some are married. Some are small business owners while some are still testing the waters to see what it is that brings them a sense of joy. This is the vision! To have each woman bring a level of complexity and calm to our own lives. To discuss the very issues and finding their mark on this world.

Every Monday and Wednesday

So every Monday and Wednesday at 1pm we will showcase a different woman. With the overflow I will use Tuesday as the back up days. We are going to put every ounce of energy behind them. We are going to follow their pages, buy their products, listen to their podcasts, etc. We are going to show love and support. It’s their story and it’s not easy to be vulnerable with these blogs. It takes a lot of energy and realness to discuss yourself. It’s actually an issue most woman face-describing who they are and what they do to others.

If you’re wondering what the blog may look like you can check out a few from last year:

Make sure you are following me on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest! You don’t want to miss the blogs. We will post them across all social media platforms! Thanks to the 2021 Women’s History applicants as we show you off. March is National Women’s History month but every single day at Toitime, we celebrate women, their accomplishments, and their contributions.
