Mental Wellness and Self Care Queen

I hope you had a great weekend. I had a pretty full weekend if I must say so myself. With that in mind another Monday Motivation has come! With that being said…let’s get into a new week of opened doors, hearing more yes, and opportunities that fit in abundance.

It Shall Pass

Every week we come with a way to start your week that helps you become better. It’s the goal to find motivation to help in all instances of life. From job to lifestyle we all need a little motivation from time to time including me. Did you know that the greatest hinderance to life is us? Yes we are sometimes our own worse enemy. We attack ourselves mentally. Some of it comes from our past and triggers. Regardless we sometimes sow the seed of misunderstanding, low self esteem because we feed into how we feel. Sometimes how we feel isn’t even true and the feeling will pass. We need to reshape ourselves to adjust how we see ourselves.

New Sight

Have you ever walked in how you want to see yourself? I mean if you’re thought patterns make you feel like one day you will walk in abundance-see yourself in abundance? What can you to get you there? Is it cutting out spending? Is it getting aligned with a financial counselor? Whatever it is learn to equip yourself with what you need. Would you go to a gun battle with a knife? No! Why not find the tools you need and if you don’t have it outsource!

New Tools?

I’ll talk about me. As a mom it’s important to learn the basics of childcare. This is standard. However the other tools like emotional care and mother’s instinct are tools that sometimes have to be outsourced. Sometimes these skills have to be learned or taught. Sometimes these skills have to be fine tuned. Whatever the case, getting tools under your belt even if you’re not familiar with how to use it is important! I had to learn things that text books can’t teach! So for me in my first year of being a mom, it wasn’t the basics I had to overcome it was overcoming things like emotional abandonment and how to be better for my daughter.

Fix Your Want To on This Monday Motivation

I think even as a mom one of the phrase kids used to say was “I don’t want to!” As a parent you have to mold them into moving past their want to. Now if it’s something super serious of course you don’t force a child to do something they shouldn’t be doing. However when it comes to doing things that will bring you peace, or takes care of business you have to do it. How many mornings have I woke up and said “I don’t want to?!” A lot. But I activate my want to! I activate my will! I activate that desires to align to what I’m supposed to do. Sometimes your want to is broken. You are irritated. You are mad. But life isn’t going to wait on your want to align with your responsibilities! Get up and make it happen!

Make it Happen: Monday Motivation

Yes make it happen because who else is going to get up and do for you? Make it happen even when the world has counted you out! I was thinking the other day about the many times I’ve sat in wallow in defeat because of whatever I had done. I wanted to do better but better never came until I did the work! Until I said if this is my worse it could get worse but let’s see what happens if I try! News flash even with trying it may initially get worse but I remember crying through it. I remember having only $10 to my name and putting $8 of those dollars in my gas tank! I remember not having a clue but I still got up! Eventually with work, things aligned. Things will always align with work!

Let’s be clear every Monday isn’t filled with doves chirping at our window! It’s not always filled with great expectation! But sometimes when it feels the hardest to wake up-get up! When it feels the hardest to push through our own mindsets, push anyway! When it seems impossible-possible is going to happen! Work your Monday today and make it happen! Happy Monday Motivation!
