Amada 2nd Anniversary Brunch
Amada at Radnor is one of the best experiences when it comes to food. They are known as a tapas restaurant. However, for this brunch buffet it is a beautiful sea of colors and more. They just celebrated 2 years, and it is well deserved. So, what to expect when dining at Amada?
2nd Year Buffet Experience
This took brunch buffet to another. Often you go to a brunch buffet it is simply a sea of food. This was not it. The brunch buffet had a sea of delicious food, pancake and bacon set up for kids, and you get to add another dish on top of that. The dish is standard. This is not what I am used to for a buffet. I wasn’t expecting it. What you get is flavor with each bite.

First Experience at Amada
2 years ago, I attended the grand opening. This is what makes dining with Amada such a beautiful experience. I have done all I can to support them and their other business ventures. When you taste a good thing, it is good to make sure that you tell others. Word of mouth trumps all things. They have another location in the city as well. I like Amada since I am always in the area. There is plenty of parking. In addition, they are always changing their menus which I appreciate.
The grand opening was grand. It had a margarita bar and so much more including live music. After the grand opening I would go often on my own. It is my escape from my own personal world. I never announce that I am coming so I can get a sense of how they treat customers. I can say they are one of the truly hospitable restaurants I have been.
Favorite Dish
I tried each of the dishes that we added that day. However, if you love the flavors of a good sangria, you will love their Sangria Pancakes. From the first bite to the last you get such a great flavorful experience. It comes with homemade whipped topping off to the side. It’s fluffy and beautiful.

Missed Experiences
If you have ever considered if you should go to Amada, I am here to remind you to make a reservation. For instance, they have an amazing happy hour. From the curated sangrias and cocktails and tapas you will not leave hungry. For instance, they had a tapas special around my birthday and we had to have over six tapas come to the table with the selection of red wine. I left full and happy. The staff took great care of me too. Also get a little reward when you go to their Tapas y Vino from Sundays through Thursday. It’s worth it

Easter and Mother’s Day
These are some of the biggest dining holidays coming. When I went to their second anniversary brunch it was bursting with so many options. They will be doing the same thing for Easter and Mother’s Day. I highly encourage you to make your reservations. Also add the unlimited mimosa bar to it. It is worth it, and it is never simply a plain mimosa. The choices of juices and fruits are always so good. I highly recommend the pomegranate with strawberry. Thank me later. I want to thank Amada for having my family and me.

Although we focused on the food, and didn’t get pics of ourselves, trust me it was worth every bite. Congratulations to Amada on 2 years and cheers to many more.
