Santa is here but he’s underwater. It’s a beautiful treat. My kids eyes lit up in excitement. Seeing Santa amongst the fish, turtles, sharks, and more was wonderful. Here’s what you want to know. Get tickets! In addition you will get in line and go in groups. Be patient. The staff makes sure that all families have an opportunity to take a picture with Santa. Santa, a few elves and more are waiting to greet you!

Adventure Aquarium Holiday Spirit

The Aquarium has done well with making sure that the grounds are fully decorated for the holidays. I was so happy to see that Hanukkah was included as well. This makes it inclusive for all to feel comfortable to celebrate the season in the way they are used to! Christmas trees were bright and super colorful. Everyone around us commented on the great job!

Aquarium and the Spirit of Touch

People of all ages love to explore and one of the ways to do so is through touch. There are plenty of places to touch. We had a great time touching the Starfish, Stingrays and more. At first my kids were scared. So I had to jump into mom mode and they were able to enjoy it afterwards. Please pay attention to the staff. They are there to help you. Any of the touch stations will ask you to use to two fingers. Do not use more than that. This keeps you, staff, and the animals safe. You don’t want to scare them.

Adventures of all Kinds

We loved the shark tunnel. It’s only of the last things you do as you leave. While near the shark tunnel we ran into Mrs. Claus. She was the most amazing Mrs. Claus that I have ever met. She was sweet, engaging and more. Thank you for making the children’s day. Of course we couldn’t leave without seeing Genny and Button. They are the resident hippos. We loved them. Our family always love seeing them.

When I say I have so much videos and proctors do not be surprised as I release them periodically. The Aquarium has so much to do and see. The fish tanks are more than beautiful. I loved the colors of the animals as well as the colors in their tanks. They are inviting and make you smile from ear to ear.

Christmas Underwater is a treat for the entire family! I had a blast and my family said nothing but great things as we were leaving. They were even arguing over what were the favorite parts! Remember Christmas Underwater is happening until December 24th. If you can’t make it to Christmas Underwater make sure you take your family regardless. Schools will be out this is a great indoor activity to do and enjoy! The event can sell out during the time you want to visit. Get your tickets before you go!
