Without a Cue Friday announcement

Happy Friday and cheers to the weekend. With that being said, this has been the longest shortest week. From the 4th of July festivities as well as the trauma that occured and taking some down time. I got back into a small swing of events so what do you need to know for the weekend and what went down that we missed this week?

Into the Woods Friday Theater Announcement

This is the last weekend to see Into the Woods. I got the opportunity to see it this week with my oldest and she loved it. From all of the singing which was phenomenal to the acting it’s a must see. Taking an enchanted walk into the woods to get the things that we think we need is a large part of the story. Also how you treat and talk to others around you can really pave the way that people interact etc. The blog is up with a full review as well as ticket information. The last day is Sunday July 10th.

Without A Cue-Walking Mystery Tour

This week I also attended the walking mystery tour given by Without a Cue. It was a great way to see Center City while solving a whodunit type of vibe. Follow the clues, pay attention, and become a Sleuth and win a prize. The theme is Murder in the Jazz Age. The tour is Friday and Saturday evenings from now until September 24th. You get to take a walk in Independence National Historical Park. Parking is near by and is $7 after 5pm. The tour itself is $25 per person. The tour is an hour long and it is advised for you to wear comfortable shoes.

Poor James Cosgrove…he’s had a rough night. After being booted out of Atlantic City and losing his job as a pianist at his club, he headed back home to Philadelphia…only to encounter trouble everywhere he went. And now it seems that he has been the victim of a murder – and it is up to you to catch his killer!

Conversations with Toi Friday Podcast Drop

We talk about what went down on 4th of July as the violence ensued while leaving the Welcome America Party on the Parkway. It was a lot. Do you have a buddy that doesn’t like to go home? I am talking about anxiety, depression, and other mental wellness topics that so many like myself deal with. Is self care enough? We talk about this and much more this episode. Thank you for your continued support. Remember to share, listen, and review.

More Weekend Happenings

  • Cape May at Harry’s: You definitely won’t be bored on Saturdays at Harry’s! Starting at 12:00pm we have a great rotation of bands and acoustic acts. Expect smooth sounds and island vibes with the best view in Cape May. Once the beach empties and sun starts to set, the Philly Keys will be dueling on the deck. They’re bringing their Harry’s signature interactive performance to the rooftop for some fun in the sun! After 9pm they’ll be rocking the inside bar and restaurant area into the night with a special encore piano show. If you’re looking for the best weekend party at the shore, you better get to Harry’s!
  • Paws of Fury Special Screening: This Saturday I am teaming up with Allied to give a special screening of Paws of Fury before it comes out on July 15th. Use code Toitime for a set of 4 tickets. If you need more use the code again. No one will be permitted without a screening.

Happy Friday and weekend and find some me time and self care time. Thank you for your love and support.
