Happy Friday and cheers to the weekend. It’s been a week. How did you do with the Fall Back this past Saturday? I am still struggling. The extra hour that we supposedly received I can’t tell to be honest. So this week has been a struggle but the media events and management of stress has gone up.

Celebration of Birthdays Last Friday Dinner Plans

All of my close friends don’t live as close as I would like them to. So when I am able to physically able to celebrate a birthday I take full advantage of it. On this past Friday I took my Friend, Kyla to celebrate her 40th. It was a little delayed as her birthday was almost 2 weeks ago but with friends a delay is never a denial. We dined at Terrain Cafe located in Glen Mills. This is a BYOB so I made sure I came with presents and Champagne. We ate really well and just enjoyed catching up. Happy Birthday Kyla!

Pin it for later

Skeleton Crew

Although I went to Bristol Riverside Theatre to see Skeleton Crew last Thursday, I always give the theatres a separate review. I enjoyed the play. It was touching, raw, and real. I enjoyed the energy that each actor/actresses gave in their performance. Bristol Riverside Theatre always gives an amazing play no matter what the show is. You can read the review. Also it’s in production until November 21st so get your tickets.

Drury Beer Garden by Opa

Opa presents a limited time pop up at Drury Beer Garden. Expect Greek bites and along with Greek wines and cocktails. The atmosphere is laid back with good vibes all around. I attended the Media preview party. It was a lo of fun. The selections on food and drink was diverse. I tasted a few items and all around had great service. Make sure you frequent Drury Beer Garden as it will not be here long. Also see my recap Reel.

City Winery

I attended a Media event with Elle of Siponwhat to go to City Winery. Wine is my thing and I had a blast and a half. City Winery has wine, food, lounge, and a live music to fit any occasions. You can come for happy hour, catch up with friends, or make it an intimate vibes. You will be wowed from the cascading wine walkway too. The colors and everything about this winery is inviting. So the next time you are looking for a wine time, make City Winery your go to! Thanks to Philly Pr Girl.

Love + Grit Storefronts Project

I had the honor to attend the Love + Grit Storefront Project. It was an amazing display of 12 BIPOC artist as it highlights 24 Black and Brown businesses affected by Covid-19. The City of Philadelphia will be bringing back their Shop Black Business Fridays during the holiday season and beyond.  What you can expect is to see these beautifully aesthetic paintings all through various locations in the city. At the unveiling I had an opportunity to see some of the artwork and it’s absolutely amazing in every way. A special thanks to Cashman and Associates for inviting me. The energy was truly amazing.  You can see my recap Reel.
