Mental Wellness and Self Care Queen

Here is a quick Foodie Guide for all Foodies visiting Vegas.  Anyone who has ever been to Vegas knows there’s plenty of food and drinks to enjoy. Vegas has so much to offer that it can be overwhelming. There’s food and eateries for every budget. If your budget is lower you won’t be disappointed. So for our Vegas trip we ate at almost every level.

Vegas Foodie Appreciation

I really appreciate all of my Philly Foodies that had been to Vegas who gave me amazing recommendations. Vegas is so big that there was no way I was going to be able to honor each request. However we ate where it made sense for us. We used Google find spots as well. There are days in Vegas where you wake up super hungry from the night before so you opt for a bigger restaurant. There are the mornings that you wake up and you want something light. Do what works best for you instead of finding something Instagram worthy.

Always get a big drink to walk the strip got this from Breeze Daiquiri Bar-this was 48 oz. Biggest one was 100

Vegas Foodie Instagram Spots

There are many spots that you will want to go to because you have seen them online. Be sure there are at least 2 options that you will like or want to eat. When we were at a spot a girl was very upset that the one item she saw online wasn’t available. She wanted to get the shot for Instagram. This is why you need to make sure that the menu has more than the one online option. Things and menus change quite often.

Nosh Deli Foodie Vibes

We are at Nosh Deli. It’s more of a quick bite eatery. You can grab bagels, sandwiches and pastries. This was one of those mornings when you eat something so you can be ready to drink later. The service was good. The only issue is that the sandwiches are pre-made and not made to order. My husband wanted bacon and sausage on a bagel. It wasn’t clear that you couldn’t have your food made even way you want. It’s more of a heat up sandwich place. However it was good food and they did an excellent job on my chai latte.

Cafe Americano

Cafe Americano was our first restaurant. It was located inside of the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. Super convenient for us as well as it definitely hit the spot. It was about 1am local time which would have been 4am time at home. We took a red eye to help with transitioning to their time. I highly recommend it. The food was delicious but the service was definitely A1.

Pancakes

Pancakes are a great choice no matter what the time is. As always with most places you can get drinks 24 hours at this location. There are several places to drink that are 24 hours too. The pancakes were delicious. Everything was hot and made to my liking.

Paris Las Vegas

Wings and Fries

My husband wanted wings and fries. He said the wings although they were plain were super delicious. The wings we well seasoned. I wasn’t sure if we would continue to explore or go to bed so I definitely had a coffee. Wrong choice. We went to the room to sleep and I couldn’t. So I was bright and ready for our pool time.

Bobby’s Burgers

After a day at the pool I was starving. The heat was 110 almost daily that we were there. The heat alone almost took me out. This is why picking a hotel matters. Our hotel has over 20 eateries and it had a connection to Bally’s too. This meant more eateries as well. Bobby’s Burgers is a gem. I wanted a black bean burger and they delivered. This was not a frozen bean patty that was heated up.

Foodie

The burger was super fresh that it could barely hold. I was in Heaven on earth. Let’s get into the onion rings. I assumed it would be a regular order but I was shocked when I opened my container and the onion rings was as big as my hands. The Bobby’s Burgers sauce is a must have. It’s zesty and not super spicy. It’s a game changer.

Ocean One Bar and Grille

My husband found this spot but doing a quick Google search. We didn’t want to walk far on the strip. He’s been working out more lately and playing basketball. So he found this spot and it didn’t disappoint. They have a 3 for $12 drink special. This is not allowed to be shared. Those 3 drinks is per person who orders the special. We had something that we needed to be timing wise so we didn’t order it. We did order a $3 frozen alcoholic drink. It was delicious.

The breakfast was hands down good. You can’t go wrong with an veggie omelette, toast, and potatoes. We did go back for dinner. I wasn’t a fan of their dinner at all. It’s not highly recommended by me. Stick to their breakfast items for sure.

Cabo Wabo Foodie Vibes

If you love tacos this is your spot. We had them for breakfast and again like Ocean Bar and Grille they definitely do breakfast well. The service gets 2 thumbs up. I will say if you use Open Table they don’t check you in like they should. I had to get that fixed. If you use Open Table you can’t have a no show because it messes with your points. So be aware and be vigilant that Cabo Wabo checks you in.

Foodie

The outside seating is great because it overlooks the strip and you can people watch while you eat. We didn’t eat inside but I went inside to see and it’s stunning. They like many places has drinks. We didn’t indulge because we were going to drink back the hotel.

Pin up Pizza

These slices are larger than life. I was impressed. They have many slices available but they make sure to heat them up before serving. You can grab drinks to go as well. We went here after some time at the pool. It hit the spot. Hot and delicious and amazing service.

I loved seeing the pizzas being made too. Kudos to them for making them super fresh. You will love them if you love pizza. Pin up Pizza is a great spot to visit.

I have one more spot to highlight and that is the Eiffel Tower restaurant located inside of the Eiffel Tower. That is where we had our Vegas anniversary dinner. I’ll highlight them on Monday afternoon. Viva Las Vegas!!
